COVID-19 Updates & Return to Cruising

Updated: August 10, 2021

Cruises are beginning to resume in phased deployments from North American and U.S. ports. Entry requirements to other countries are changing daily and 2021 travelers must be willing to go with the flow. Call the crew today if you would like to make travel plans or have questions regarding your specific itinerary.

Vaccine requirements vary based on the cruise line, but guests will generally have less restrictions if they’re vaccinated.

Travel plans are currently very fluid. Depending on the cruise line, tour operator, and destination, there may be different travel requirements. We hope to see a more general standard adopted soon. For now please call the crew if you have some travel plans in mind to get the latest requirements for your destination. Currently, travel requirements may vary between no vaccination, pre-travel testing, required vaccinations, or a combination of testing and vaccinations.

Some cruise lines are permitting a limited number of unvaccinated travelers, including those under the age of 12. However, unvaccinated guests are generally subject to more stringent restrictions or added fees/mandatory insurance. For the best possible experience, guests are asked to be vaccinated before traveling.

Some cruise lines have resumed cruising from United States ports, and most have plans to resume in the coming months. There are currently cruises leaving out of Port Canaveral, Fort Lauderdale, and Port Miami. Feel free to call the crew to get information on current sailings.

Each cruise line has suspended sailings depending on the itinerary, governmental restrictions, CDC & WHO guidelines. To view information regarding each cruise line’s current policy, please follow the links below:

That’s great! Many cruise lines are implementing policies to ensure you can still book a trip this year and cancel if necessary. Many people have been wondering how cruising will change after the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have a dedicated blog post detailing some of the changes you can expect the next time you cruise. You can find that post here.

Call the crew today at (386) 673-2473 and get started on your next trip today.

Many cruise lines allow us to transfer your booking to us, but only within a limited timeframe after booking. Unfortunately if we cannot transfer the booking, the cruise lines will not allow us to make changes to your reservation on your behalf. We look forward to your business in the future, and remember, we don’t charge service fees on any cruises or cruise packages.
